About Me

For most of my life, I thought ADHD didn’t really matter. I didn’t pursue a diagnosis because I figured, “this is just the way I am.” I wasn’t sure I wanted to take medication, and I didn’t believe having a label would change anything.

But eventually something pushed me to get evaluated, and I’m so glad I did. Getting diagnosed gave me a whole new perspective on myself ,and on others. Instead of shame, confusion, and self blame, I started to understand why my brain and nervous system worked the way they do.

After that, I began working with a therapist who specializes in ADHD. That experience changed everything. With the right guidance, I began to see my ADHD not just as a challenge, but also as a source of strengths. My therapist inspired me to take the next step ,to become an ADHD coach myself.

Now, as a certified ADHD and attachment coach, I help others find the same clarity and compassion I found. My approach combines ADHD education with tools for nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and reprogramming the deep wounds that often come with a late diagnosis , feelings of shame, worthlessness, or being misunderstood.

I believe that ADHD coaching is not about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you finally understand yourself, build systems that work for you, and create a life you can thrive in.
